In order to meet this objective, it is the policy of the company to establish, maintain and continually improve an effective and efficient Quality System meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2005.

The success of the Quality System will depend on every member of staff maintaining an awareness of the objectives, attending training, being fully conversant with and diligently practising the procedures which apply to their duties.

The objectives will be communicated and understood within the organisation through regular meetings and through relevant feedback mechanisms to staff.

Quality depends on all personnel complying with the policies and defined procedures. It is therefore important that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained by everyone in the company.
